About the Class

For all Drama Inc. Meisner & Movement Alumni!
Would you love to get back in class with your M&M classmates? Here is your chance. We are excited to bring you our first 6-Week Meisner & Movement Alumni Reboot! In this class you will revisit the basics and we will end with a deeper dive into character & scene work!
In addition to a chance for you to refresh your Meisner and Viewpoints technique in the classroom with people you love, this is a chance for you to figure out how to apply these two techniques to your daily craft with on-camera work and practical application exercises. You’ll be able to bring in a scene/audition to rework, play in an on-camera session and with blackout scenes, study a horror film for the Halloween class (working with heightened physicality and emotion - only for the fall class), and work on scenes with your classmates.
Learn how to fold these techniques into your process, and let's get to work!

This class encourages actors to use the movement skills and voice work that they learned in levels 1 and 2 to create their own individual process for building a character or taking on a role.
V: Emotional Access - TUES EVE
This class is designed to expand your emotional range and capacity. The aim is to teach you how to create deeper, more interesting, and more consistent performances.
