About the Class
For students BRAND NEW to acting - FUNDAMENTALS is a prerequisite
On Camera Basics is for theater actors, stunt performers, background actors, and people brand new to acting who want to explore stepping up to speaking roles in TV and Film.
What are you going to learn?
In a safe and supportive environment, you will learn audition technique, critical on set terminology, industry navigation and how to best approach the business of acting.
Students will work on camera every week, utilizing film and tv scripts from projects that have filmed in the southeast market. Participants will learn how to make choices with their scripts, where to look (eyelines), where to stand (marks) and how to take and process re-directs.
All Adult classes 18 and over unless otherwise specified.
